Ingredients:
5 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
2 cups (tea) of sugar
150g of Pure Flavor Margarine
02 cups of Wheat Flour with Yeast
01 cup of cornmeal (tea)
01 cup of yogurt
Guava cut into squares
1 cup coconut milk (tea)
½ cup sugar (tea)
Preparation mode:
Beat the yolks with the sugar and margarine pure flavor, until it forms a whitish cream. Add the wheat flour and cornmeal sifted together. Gradually add the yogurt. Finally, the egg whites.
Dip the pieces of guava in wheat flour. Put half the dough in a greased and infarcted shape. On top, the pieces of guava paste, and finish with the rest of the dough.
With the oven preheated to 180º, bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes. After the cake is baked and still hot, cover with the mixture of coconut milk and sugar.
