Ingredients:
For mass:
– 1 packet of Maisena or Maria biscuits
– 100 g (or half a cup) of margarine or butter at room temperature
For the filling:
– 1 package of colorless gelatin powder (12 g)
– 400 g of ricotta or cottage cheese
– 1 can of creme de leite drained
– 1 can of condensed milk
For decoration:
– 1 box of Green Grapes Mimo Green Dreams or Arra Jumbo
Preparation mode:
Grind the cookies in a blender until they become powder. Put the biscuit powder in a bowl and mix it with the margarine or butter. It will look like wet farofa. Spread on the bottom of a tart pan with a removable bottom. With the back of a spoon or spatula, smooth out the dough so it’s even. Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.
Let it cool well and put it in the fridge. Prepare the filling, soaking the gelatin according to package directions. In the blender, beat the jello, ricotta, milk cream and condensed milk.
Pour over the already cold base and take to the fridge to harden for 4 hours. When ready to serve, garnish with grapes.
