Carolina Herrera presents the launch of Good Girl Blush Eau de Parfum, which is a unique expression of floral femininity. The scent is a daring explosion of contrasts, combining the energy and blunt power of two different extractions from a sensual vanilla base with the pastel romanticism of a Peony note, complemented by two distinct uses of a bright, radiant Ylang Ylang.
Perfumers Quentin Bisch, Shyamala Maisondieu and Christophe Raynaud were visually inspired by Good Girl’s iconic stiletto bottle, interpreted in pastel pink with a dynamic gold heel, to create Good Girl Blush. They used different extractions of the same ingredient to delve deeper into the perfume’s story and create complementary notes within each ingredient.
To create Peony’s petal effect, perfumers worked with scientific molecules mixed with recycled rose water, allowing their fragrance note to reach its full bloom potential and strengthen long lasting wear on the skin.
White Ylang Ylang is the other flower at the heart of the fragrance and a natural progression from the white jasmine that played an important role in the original Good Girl.
Good Girl Blush is a luminous and radiant reinvention of the original fragrance and a reminder of precious ingredients that travel a long way to be transformed into perfume.
Carolina Herrera has partnered with Givaudan and its sustainability program, Sourcing4Good, to ensure the fully vegan formula is produced ethically and sustainably, with a direct impact on the workers who source the ingredients.
