Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 piece of pork loin, cut into medium cubes (400 g)
- 1 sachet of Seasoning SAZÓN® Touch of Garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 cups (tea) of water (400 ml)
- 1 large mandioquinha, in medium cubes (200 g)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Preparation mode:
In a pressure cooker, add oil and heat over high heat. Add the loin and fry for 10 minutes, or until golden. Add the ready-made seasoning, salt and water, and let it cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, after it starts to boil. Turn off the heat and wait for the pressure to drop.
Open the pan, add the mandioquinha and cook over medium heat, with the pan semi-covered, for 20 minutes, or until the mandioquinha is soft.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
