Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Castor Olive Oil
- 600g of chuck in a single piece
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ¼ cup (tea) of Castelo Traditional Vinegar Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder
- ½ cup chopped peeled tomatoes
- ½ cup water (tea)
Assembly
- 4 medium round salt buns
- 1 thinly sliced red onion
- Lettuce leaves
Preparation mode:
Heat a pressure cooker with olive oil and brown the meat on all sides. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and when pressure is reached, cook for 45 minutes over low heat. After releasing the pressure open and remove the meat. If the sauce is still too liquid, let it reduce a little. Shred the meat and mix again with the sauce.
Sandwich assembly: Cut the buns in half. Distribute the meat on one of the parts of the bread. Top with sliced red onion and lettuce. Close with the other part of the bread and serve. If you want, accompany with fries.
