The Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of Taquara announced the updated calendar of the next dates of the Family Agriculture and Colonial Products Fair, which will take place every two weeks on Saturdays, from 8 am to 5 pm, on Rua Coberta, in Bairro Centro.
During these fairs, local rural producers sell various colonial products, such as cakes, cakes, jams, breads, cheeses, salami and honey. The next fairs will be held in May on the 13th and 27th, with the exception of December, when sales will take place on the 2nd, 9th and 16th, due to the year-end celebrations.
In addition, the Taquarense Association of Family Farmers and Colonial Products (Atafac), at Rua Bento Gonçalves, 2781, Bairro Centro, also sells products produced by local farmers on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm.
