Ingredients:
- 3 packs of Nissin Ramen Chicken flavor
- 150 grams of mozzarella
- 1 chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon of annatto or paprika
- 2 American glasses of water
- 4 chicken broth tablets
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons chives (green onions)
- 2 tablespoons grated carrot
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
Preparation mode:
Cook ramen according to package directions, without adding seasoning. When cooked, drain the broth, rinse quickly in cold water and set aside.
Cook and shred the chicken and prepare the sauce. In a pan with oil, brown the onion and garlic. Add paprika, carrots, chives, parsley and chicken broth. Mix well. Put the water and let it boil until it forms a thick broth and then add the chicken.
Mount the dish on a refractory platter, alternating between layers of sauce, noodles, sauce and curd. Repeat until you complete the platter. Finish with sauce, cream cheese and mozzarella. Place in the oven until the cheese melts and serve hot.
