Ingredients:
500g ground meat (beef, pork or chicken)
6 boiled eggs
1 small chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
half a cup of breadcrumbs
6 tablespoons NINHO® Forti+ Whole Milk Liquid Milk
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 stick of MAGGI® MY SECRET Tomatoes and Herbs

Preparation mode:
In a large container, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped parsley and seasoning until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Divide the ground beef mixture into 6 equal parts and make a ball out of each. Roll out each meat ball on a flat surface and place a hard-boiled egg in the center. Carefully fold the egg into the ground beef until it forms a ball.
Roll each bolovo in breadcrumbs and, in a deep pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Fry them in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy on the outside, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve next.
