ABRH-RS, branch of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources in Rio Grande do Sul, is organizing the 1st Mental Health Forum, with open enrollment. The event will be held at the PUCRS Theater, located at Av. Ipiranga, 6611, Building 40, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, on May 4, with the theme “Well-being in the strategic agenda of organizations”.
The forum is aimed at human development professionals, managers in general, physicians and occupational safety technicians, occupational safety engineers and entrepreneurs. ABRH-RS believes that the mental health of employees is essential to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.
The president of ABRH-RS, Pedro Fagherazzi, highlights the importance of the event and the mental health of employees in the development of people in organizations, as well as in the leadership style of managers.
The Forum will feature renowned speakers and experts to address topics such as managing emotions in the workplace, Burnout Syndrome, actions to improve the quality of life at work and generate better results. Among the speakers will be Carla Furtado, founder and CHO of Instituto Feliciencia, Kátia Magni, founder of 3Up Talents and executive coach, and Alexandre Eberle Alves, T&D consultant at Jober.
In addition, Jacque Lima, CEO of Adequá Comunicação and executive mentor, Felipe Goettems, head of the Bem-estar Institute, Tiago Tatton, professor, and Carla Furtado, will close the event by addressing topics related to the culture of psychological safety and self-care practices.
