This stuffed ground beef roulade recipe is made with cream of onions, bacon, cheese and ham. A delicious suggestion that is easy to make and can be adapted with ingredients you have at home.
Ingredients:
1 kg of ground meat
1 envelope of MAGGI® Onion Cream
half grated onion
2 sprigs of thyme
2 pinches of ground black pepper
180g mozzarella cheese
100g of sliced ham
10 slices of bacon in strips
1 large tomato cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon oregano
200g chopped pitted olives
3 tablespoons olive oil
200g of NESTLE® Creamy Cottage cheese
100g grated fresh parmesan cheese
100g extra salted butter, diced
Preparation mode:
1. In a container, place the ground beef, the cream of onion envelope, half a grated onion, stripped thyme, salt and black pepper and mix.
2. Spread the meat over an open plastic film and place 50 grams of sliced mozzarella cheese, 100 grams of sliced ham, grated provolone cheese, slices of bacon, pitted olives, tomatoes, oregano and olive oil. Roll up the rocambole.
3. Roll it up like a rocambole, with the help of plastic and place it in a large buttered baking dish.
4. Spread the pieces of butter over the roulade and place in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C) for about 45 minutes.
5. Remove the roulade and spread 200 grams of cottage cheese and cover the roulade with more slices of sliced mozzarella cheese, and take it back to the oven for another 15 minutes or until it is golden and au gratin. Serve.
