The next Luncheon Meeting (RA) of the Chamber of Industry, Commerce and Services of Caxias do Sul (CIC Caxias) will have the theme “Reputation and risk management: a path to professionalization” and will take place on Monday, April 24 . The speaker will be the managing partner of Critério – Result in Public Opinion, one of the main image and reputation management companies in Brazil.
Soraia Hanna is a businesswoman and journalist dedicated to the study and results achieved in public opinion. Formed by PUCRS, she participated in the communication management of four state governments, working in various secretariats and in the governor’s office. Soraia also served in the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Sul and coordinated Banrisul’s Press Office.
Soraia Hanna has been with Critério since 2013 and manages strategic actions for major brands, institutions, governments and public leaders. She has articles published in press vehicles and has participated in hundreds of projects. Soraia specializes in risk management and crisis management.
