Sindilojas Caxias holds a Legal Forum in Flores da Cunha on April 25th. With the theme “Collective Agreements in favor of your business”, the meeting consists of a chat with the legal advisor Claudia Picoli, and with the executive manager and Communication coordinator of Sindilojas Caxias Lisandra De Bona.
The event starts at 6:30 pm, at Casa de Cultura Flávio Luis Ferrarini (Rua São José, 2450 – Centro – Flores da Cunha).
At the Legal Forum, businessmen will have the opportunity to get to know the union structure, involving the operation of representative entities, as well as the systematics for holding assemblies and the role of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT).
On the occasion, the entrepreneur will be presented with the importance of his role in the construction process of a CCT. In addition, the clauses present in a CCT, the negotiation contribution and the legal vision regarding the negotiated over the legislated will be addressed.
The legal advisor of Sindilojas Caxias, Claudia Picoli, is a lawyer with a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Procedure, from Faculdade Damásio de Jesus, specializing in Family Holding and Tax Aspects, from Sodepe Brasil.
The executive manager and Communications coordinator at Sindilojas Caxias, Lisandra De Bona, has a degree in Social Communication – Specialization in Journalism, with a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management, Business Pedagogy, Teaching in Higher Education and Business Administration.
The Legal Forum is organized by Sindilojas Caxias, with the support of the Flores da Cunha City Hall, through Flores + RENDA.
