Abrasel and Sebrae joined forces to offer gastronomy entrepreneurs in Greater Florianópolis an exclusive mentoring program for managers and owners of bars and restaurants: Acelera Abrasel. The program offers specialized monitoring to help entrepreneurs overcome market challenges, increase the competitiveness of their businesses and, consequently, achieve better results.
These are four-month mentorships, divided into three main stages: 12 weekly collective meetings, 12 hours of individual mentoring and technical visits. The group meetings will be held every week and will be attended by industry management specialists, who will share their experiences and knowledge with the participants.
The individual mentorships aim to serve each entrepreneur in a personalized way and help him to identify his main challenges and opportunities. The technical visits will be carried out in selected bars and restaurants, with the aim of generating practical knowledge about the management processes of other businesses in the sector.
“We are very excited about Acelera Abrasel, especially at this time of recovery in the sector. We know that many entrepreneurs had to reinvent themselves to remain competitive and we want to help them on this journey”, says Juliana Mota, president of Abrasel SC.
