Santa Maria holds the 2nd Conecta District on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of April. This year, the event will take place at the Mercado da Vila Belga, which will reopen, in the Centro-Gare Creative District, with the aim of connecting artists, entrepreneurs and creatives from Santa Maria. Entries are free and open from the 11th to the 18th of this month, through Sympla. All subscribers present will be entitled to Kit Conecta and will compete for gifts from event supporters.
The event will be held through lectures, so that each day will have a theme. For the first day, guests will talk about “Music, Audiovisual and Creativity”. The second day will have “Creativity that Generates Engagement” as its theme.
On the last day, “Criatividade que Conecta” will be highlighted. Among the speakers are Sandro & Cícero, singer Agostta, producer Daniela Gouveia Meneghotto and publicist Cristiano Max, among others. The full schedule can be found when registering for the event.
On Saturday (22), there will be a special edition of Brique da Vila Belga with invited fairs, starting at 4 pm. There will also be an open space for creative activities. Conecta District is a realization of the City Hall of Santa Maria and Sebrae.
“The Conecta District will be another opportunity to discuss the creative economy. It will be another moment of exchange, in which we will know a little more about what is being done in this regard and learn from each other”, evaluated the deputy mayor of Santa Maria, Rodrigo Decimo.
