Ingredients:
To season the tilapia
- 01 diced medium onion;
- 50 ml olive oil;
- 500 grams of Tilapia Bomar Fillet, cut into strips;
- Salt and black pepper to taste;
- 02 tablespoons with Sicilian lemon juice;
- 01 can of green corn;
- 04 soup spoons with green smell
Mashed potato
- 04 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes;
- Green smell to taste;
- 02 tablespoons butter;
- 04 tablespoons with cream of milk;
- salt to taste
- 01 cream cheese
- cheese to taste
Preparation mode:
In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil until golden. Add the tilapia pieces already seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon, and let it gold. Add the green corn and the green smell. Put the creamy cottage cheese and if you like it, tomato sauce. Mix and book.
For the puree, cook the 4 potatoes until they are soft and ready to mash them to a puree state. Add the cream, a little butter and salt to taste.
To assemble, add a portion of the mashed potato over the entire platter.
Then place a layer of the tilapia stuffing and cover with the rest of the puree. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until browned. Serve next.
