Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 ovo
- Oil
- ½ cup cooked white rice
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Filling
- 2 boiled eggs
- 6 tablespoons of grated carrots
- 1 cup of green corn
- ½ cup of cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream
Preparation mode:
Mix the rice with 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan. Add a pinch of salt and mix well, kneading the rice. Grease the molds with a drizzle of olive oil and shape the dough to make a rice crust on each one. Take it to the oven for 10 minutes at 170ºC. Remove from the oven and set aside.
In a bowl, place all the filling ingredients and mix well. Test the salt. Stuff the reserved rice crusts. Take it to the oven at 170ºC for another 15 minutes and it is ready to serve.
