In the ordinary session of Tuesday (4) of the Chamber of Parobé, three bills authored by the councilors began to be processed. The projects address topics such as school meals, autism and the fight against bullying.
PL 011/2023, authored by councilor Leno Parobé (PDT), provides for the “School without Bullying” program in public and private institutions in the city. The idea is to promote lectures, awareness campaigns and combat and prevention actions. “This problem affects not only students, but also teachers, parents and other members of the school community, causing psychological and emotional damage that can have serious and lasting consequences”, declares the proponent.
PL 012/2023 prohibits the use of pork meat and its derivatives in school lunches in Parobé. According to the author of the text, President Betinho (PDT), many children have this dietary restriction for religious and even personal reasons. “If something is made with lard, for example, that child may eat without knowing what he is consuming, or even stop consuming if he knows. By prohibiting the use of pork meat and derivatives in school lunches, we will be ensuring that all students have access to healthy and adequate food”, he observes.
Regarding autism, PL 013/2023 authorizes the institution of the Municipal Autistic Identification Card (CMIA). The project was presented by councilor Gilberto Gomes (PDT). “The objective is to facilitate the identification of autistic people so that they have their rights assured, including preferential care, given that autism is not easy to be identified by anyone who does not have direct contact”, explains the parliamentarian.
The projects were forwarded for analysis by the permanent committees and will be voted on in plenary after processing.
