Linha Boêmios is the first community in the interior of Farroupilha to host the Colonial Games of the 20th Meeting of Italian Traditions – ENTRAI, this Saturday (1st), from 2 pm.
10 modalities are programmed: kicking the mastela (wooden kite), throwing an egg, racing the glass of wine, racing the sack, racing the egg on the spoon, playing bigoli (making dough), nailing a nail, filling the bean jug, threshing corn and carriola racing.
In addition to the fun of the games, the public will have the animation of Coral IL Romano, filo with typical foods, dances and traditional music.
The objective of the Colonial Games is to involve the communities of the interior and the local population for ENTRAI, which will be held on the 12th, 13th, 14th and 19th, 20th, 21st of May, in the Plaza de Nova Milano. In addition, the games rescue tradition and awaken the joy of games and simple customs that are often part of the settlers’ routine.

The program continues for three more weekends in other communities in the municipality. In case of rain, the games will take place inside the halls of the communities.
