Retailers in Caxias do Sul, Flores da Cunha, Nova Pádua and São Marcos are allowed to serve customers with the presence of employees on the Good Friday holiday (07.04). To attend regularly, companies in the category, associated or not, must request authorization from Sindilojas Caxias from Monday (03.04).
Certificate
The certificate can be accessed on the entity’s website by associates who are up-to-date with the financial sector. Under the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) 2022-2023, employees can work a maximum of 6 (six) hours with a premium of R$149.00 for Caxias do Sul, Flores da Cunha and Nova Pádua and R $135.00 to San Marcos, unionized employees only.
Non-union employees only benefit from early leave. The issuance of the certificate is a guarantee to commercial establishments that avoids a fine of R$ 1,000.00 (one thousand reais) to R$ 20,000.00 (twenty thousand reais), varying according to the seriousness of the infraction. The assessed company has 48 hours to make a written defense.

For members of the retail trade category, up-to-date with the financial sector, the issuance of the certificate is free of charge and must be done through the Member Center.
For non-members, the request must be made by email to [email protected]. A bank slip of R$99.00 per CNPJ will be generated and, after payment, the certificate will be sent to the applicant’s email.
