Ingredients:
- 2 cups (tea) of Rice Tio João + Vita
- 4 cups boiling water (tea)
- 250 g of shrimp
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- New Olive Oil
- Juice of 2 Sicilian lemons
- salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation mode:
In a pan, brown the onion and garlic with the olive oil, add the shrimp and let it grill. Then add the lemon juice, rice and water. Once you’re ready, take some zest from the lemon peel, put it on top and serve.
