Gerdau is accepting applications for the Pertencer Program at its Riograndense unit, in Sapucaia do Sul. There are 10 vacancies for the industrial areas, including Steelmaking, Lamination and Maintenance.
The program, carried out in partnership with SENAI (National Service for Industrial Learning) trains interested people free of charge. At the end of the course, there is a chance of hiring. Registration goes from 27/3 to 30/4 at the link below.
Residents of the Rio Grande do Sul cities of Sapucaia do Sul, São Leopoldo, Novo Hamburgo, Esteio, Canoas and Porto Alegre can participate. It is necessary to be available full-time (morning and afternoon) to participate in the schedule proposed by the Program — between theoretical classes, practices and activities under guidance, in addition to completing high school.
The selection process will be divided into stages that include CV screening, assessment of general and psychological knowledge and interviews with Gerdau leaders.
