The OAB – Subsection of Caxias do Sul, through the Commission for Consumption and Technology – CCT, received on the afternoon of this Thursday, 16, the chat “Conscious Loan”. The action carried out in the auditorium of the entity from Caxias do Sul was promoted by Procon Caxias do Sul.
The Order was represented by the Deputy General Secretary, Patricia Montemezzo, and by the CCT coordinator, Isaac Cassol Antunes. The lawyer who represents the OAB in the Municipal Consumer Protection Council of the Municipality of Caxias do Sul – COMDECON, Juarez Marchet, was also present at the activity presented by the coordinator of Procon, Jair Zauza.
“Events like this reinforce the importance of the interaction of entities that act in defense of citizenship, as is the case of PROCON and OAB”, commented the director of the entity. “The action was very productive and enlightening about the theme raised by Procon”, added the commission coordinator.
At the opportunity, lawyer Jair Zauza guided consumers on the rights and precautions that everyone should have when purchasing products and also when hiring services, in addition to explaining the functionality of the Consumer defense.
