Dimy – a fashion brand from Santa Catarina – presents its Autumn/Winter 23 full of special meanings. Entitled Uma Só Voz, the collection was inspired by music and especially by great musical divas of the 40s and 50s, such as Billie Holiday.
As well as the sounds, which together result in beautiful music and melodies, the materials and colors chosen by Dimy for this collection result in unique pieces that convey all the feeling that the season asks for.
“We created the Uma Só Voz collection inspired by music, which often manages to transcend reality and describe feelings, more than the words themselves. Songs are combinations of emotions. They express everything we shouldn’t leave silent, they represent art, culture and different universes, and that’s exactly what we seek to bring to the pieces of this very special line”, says Miriam Bittencourt, owner of the brand.
With a focus on developing unique collections, full of references and trends from around the world, Dimy brought to the new drop all the glamor and elegance of embroidery, pleats and satin fabrics, such as viscose.
Among the standout pieces in this material are long dresses and unique tailoring items in different models. The highlight of the release is the appliqué of fringes in delicate bugle beads, present in two models of tailored dresses and in a cropped jacket with appliqués that accompany the entire fit of the piece.
Thinking of presenting an unusual palette, with shades that wander between the romantic, sexy and bold, the colors chosen for the line were tulip pink, scarlet red and their variations.
