Thus, the 47m² project, located in Rio de Janeiro, had its walls knocked down to integrate the living room, dining room and kitchen.
To compose the furniture, the architect found in Simonetto planned furniture the perfect products to follow an industrial style with a slight touch of sophistication. A mix of cladding with brick walls and burnt cement was implemented, ensuring a modern and youthful look.
“We brought a representative reference of the daily life of the young man, who owns a large brickyard. We used bricks as the flagship of the project and the ones we used were produced at the client’s own company”, says Lucas. The architect also opted for a sober color palette to highlight the contemporary decor.
Only the closet was highlighted in green, to highlight the environment and make it even more youthful. In addition, the owner was keen to have a sense of nature present in his apartment and thus plants were implemented in every corner of the property, making it even more beautiful and lively.
