Ingredients:

1 Finna Flavor Chocolate Cake Mix
3⁄4 cup (tea) milk (150 ml)
2 tablespoons of Pure Flavor Margarine (40g)
3 eggs
For the filling
2 cans of condensed milk
50g of margarine
200g coarsely grated coconut
100 ml of milk cream
For the Chocolate Sauce
300g dark chocolate
150 ml of milk cream
Preparation mode:
Massa
– Add the package contents to milk, margarine and eggs;
– Hit the mixer for 5 minutes, at high speed, or manually, for 7 minutes, until the dough is homogeneous;
– Place the dough in the greased form and take it to the oven to bake;
– Bake at a temperature of 180°C, according to the time indicated for each type of pan;
– Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, unmold and cut in half horizontally.
Do not open the oven before 30 minutes.
Filling:
– In a pan, place condensed milk, margarine and coconut;
– Heat over low heat and stir constantly. When it starts to thicken, add the cream of milk;
– Stir a little more and remove from the pan to cool.
Roof:
– In a bowl, place the chocolate and half of the cream and take it to the microwave;
– Heat every 30 seconds, until you feel that the chocolate has completely melted. Be careful not to burn the chocolate;
– Remove and add the rest of the cream, until you get a smooth and shiny cream;
– Take it to the fridge to cool.
Assembly:
– Remove the top of the cake, after dividing it in half;
– Put all the stuffing in and arrange it so that it covers the entire surface.
– Put the other half of the cake back on top;
– Cover with chocolate frosting.
