Ingredients:

100g grated coconut
80g crushed Coquinho Pilar biscuits
300g unbleached flour
15g of yeast
30g de Margarina Namesa para untar
Hot:
1 can of condensed milk
350ml of coconut milk
To decorate:
400g grated coconut
Preparation mode:
Massa:
– Beat the biscuit in the blender, forming a flour.
– Add the eggs, oil, milk, sugar and grated coconut to the blender.
– In a container, mix the contents beaten in the blender with the wheat and yeast.
– Unite a tray with margarine and wheat. Pour the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Hot:
– Mix coconut milk with condensed milk. Take to the fire and stir until it’s a thin and homogeneous syrup.
Assembly:
– Cut the coconut cake into squares. Bathe in coconut broth and sprinkle dry coconut. Serve.
