Ingredients:
Massa
1 and a half cup (tea) wheat flour (165 g)
half a cup (tea) of unsalted margarine (100 g)
3 tablespoons ice water
2 puffs of salt
Filling
4 eggs
1 box of cream (200 ml)
1 sachet of Seasoning SAZÓN® Yellow
half a cup of mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes
20 whole basil leaves
1 can of cherry tomatoes (180 g)
half a cup of grated parmesan cheese
Preparation mode:
Make the dough: in a large bowl, place the wheat flour and margarine, and knead with your fingertips, until you get a crumbly dough. Add the water and salt, and mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass. Line the base and sides of a medium round cake tin (24 cm in diameter), with a removable base, and set aside.
In a large bowl, place the eggs, cream and seasoning ready, and mix until smooth. Arrange over the dough, add the mozzarella, basil, cherry tomatoes and finish with the grated cheese. Bake in a medium oven (180 degrees) for 50 minutes, or until the filling is firm and the surface is golden. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
