Ingredients:
1 sachet of instant dry yeast (15 g)
2 cups cornmeal (tea)
1 and a half cup wheat flour
1 ovo
1 cup warm milk (200 ml)
half a cup (tea) of unsalted butter (100 g)
2 sachets of SAZÓN® Orange Seasoning
1 pinch of salt
1 cup (tea) cream cheese (200 g)
Preparation mode:
Make the dough: in a large bowl, place the yeast, cornmeal and wheat flour, and mix well. Add the milk, egg, butter, seasoning and salt, and mix well. Transfer to a smooth, floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, or until you get a smooth, homogeneous dough.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 40 minutes, or until doubled in size. Divide into 8 portions and let rest for another 30 minutes. Open them between the palms of your hands, distribute the curd in the center and close, modeling spheres. Take to medium oven (180 degrees), preheated, for 55 minutes, or until golden the surface. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
