Next Sunday (05), the second Warm up of Carnival will take place, with the Bloco O Meu Lugar. The event promises to stir up the locals again, with several attractions, food truck and drinks on site. According to the Secretary of Culture of Canoas, Eduardo Paim, these events prepare the city for the Carnaval de Blocos and also for the Parade of the Samba Schools. “We are preparing for something new in Canoas! On March 19th, we will have carnival blocks. And on the 2nd of April, the parade of the Canoas Samba Schools. They are going to be big events for sure,” he comments.
