A good dish of beans enthuses many lovers of good food, and what if it even comes with farofa and dried meat? If you want to try it out, follow these steps:
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (tea) Fradinho Beans CAMIL
- 3 cups of water (tea)
- 1/2 cup bacon (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 piece of chopped small onion
- 2 pieces of minced garlic
- 1 cup dried meat (raw), desalted, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup corn flour (flakes)
- 2 pcs boiled and chopped egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 spoons (tea) of green smell chopped
PREPARATION MODE
In a pressure cooker add the beans and water. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes after starting the pressure. Turn off the heat and wait for all the pressure to come out before opening the pan. Drain the grains and reserve.
In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon until golden brown. Add the butter and sauté the onion and garlic until wilted. Add the dried meat, beans and sauté for a few more minutes. Add the corn flour, add the eggs and season with salt. Turn off the fire and mix the chopped green smell. Serve immediately.
