One of the most used features on the market is now also part of Unicred’s customer service: Alexa. The virtual personal assistant, whose objective is to assist in the execution of some daily tasks, becomes part of the service portfolio as of February, solving doubts about the cooperative’s institutional issues and with informational content.
Unicred’s first delivery in voice bot format, the technology will initially answer questions about Unicred Visa cards, one of the most used by members.
The novelty hits the market to help cooperative members who have the technology and want to experience a new way of consulting Unicred Visa card benefit information.
“The idea is to offer one more channel to deliver important information about Unicred to members at home or wherever they are. In this way, we follow the market trend, having Alexa as another support and facilitator for daily requests”, says the director of Unicred do Brasil, Luís Augusto Schuler.
To activate the Skill in the virtual assistant, just say “Alexa, open Unicred”. The novelty is available from the 1st of February.

The virtual assistant Alexa is software developed by Amazon that uses artificial intelligence and natural language processing to answer questions and perform tasks in response to voice commands.
Alexa can be accessed through specific devices such as the Amazon Echo, as well as through smartphone and tablet apps. It can perform a variety of functions, including playing music, setting reminders, providing weather, news and traffic information, controlling smart home devices, shopping online and much more.
To use Alexa, simply trigger the device with a voice command (“Alexa”, “Echo”, “Amazon” or another predefined pattern) and ask a question or request. The virtual assistant then processes the request and provides a response or performs the requested action. Alexa is constantly updated with new skills and features to provide an increasingly personalized and useful experience for users.
