INGREDIENTS:
half a tablespoon of oil
250 g beef tenderloin, cut into small cubes
chopped half small onion
1 small carrot, cut into small cubes
1 small zucchini, cut into medium cubes
1 and a half cup (tea) of water (300 ml)
1 envelope of VONO® Reduced Sodium Potatoes with Meat
PREPARATION MODE:
In a small pan, add oil and heat over high heat. Add the meat and fry for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes, or until translucent.
Add the carrots, zucchini and water, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Add Vono and mix gently for 30 seconds, or until dissolved. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
