Ingredients:
½ package of pasta with eggs Pena Todeschini
2.5 liters of water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons wheat flour
2 cups milk (warm)
1 pinch of salt
nutmeg to taste
400 grams of diced salmon
1 pinch of salt
½ cup parsley (chopped)
Preparation mode:
1. Put the butter and flour in the pan. Let it melt.
2. Add the milk and season with salt and nutmeg. Let it boil until it thickens. Reserve.
3. In another skillet, put the olive oil and salmon. Season with salt and let it brown for 3 minutes. Add the white sauce.
4. Put the water and salt in the pan and bring to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain and add to the sauce.
5. Finalize com salsa.
