The SOL-CBMRS makes the procedure completely electronic and allows the filing of processes 24 hours a day, any day of the week, and from anywhere via the internet. Access to the system is via the website www.solcbm.rs.gov.br.
It is important to highlight that SOL-CBMRS is an information technology tool for licensing buildings and areas at risk of fire and does not change the requirements for necessary fire safety measures, in accordance with Complementary Law No. 14,376/2013, and its amendments and regulations, as well as the PPCI in its complete form that are processed by SOL-CBMRS will be subject to an ordinary inspection by CBMRS for the issuance of the Fire Prevention and Protection Permit – APPCI.
