Ingredients:
- 300 g desalted cod, in flakes
- 1 and a half cup of cooked chickpeas
- half a cup (tea) of heart of palm in slices
- half a cup of pitted black olives
- 1 onion in slices
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 stick of MAGGI My Secret
- 3 unpeeled boiled potatoes, cut into half moons
- 2 boiled eggs in slices
- half a cup of red pepper (sliced)
- half a cup of chopped parsley
Preparation mode:
In a container, mix the cod, the chickpea, heart of palm, olives and onion. Season with oil, vinegar and ready-made seasoning. Add the potatoes, eggs, peppers and parsley. Mix gently and reserve in the fridge until serving, to taste.
