Ingredients:

• 1⁄2 seaweed sheet (nori);
• 10 g de cream cheese;
• 50 g of wheat flour;
• 1 egg (beaten for breading);
• 20 g of flour for breading (panko);
• Frying oil;
• 1 rolling mat (sudare).
At your service:
• Shoyu Premium Azuma;
• Pickled ginger (gari);
• Horseradish (wasabi).
Preparation mode:
Lay out the seaweed on the mat and spread the rice leaving 1 cm on the edge, pass cream cheese over the rice and add the sliced salmon. Wet your finger tips and pass the edge without rice and roll up.
To coat, dip the roll in the wheat, in the scrambled egg and then in the flour. Put the oil in a wide pan and heat it. Fry for 1 minute and cut into 8 pieces. Serve with soy sauce, ginger and wasabi.
