Ingredients:
2 cups (tea) of cooked rice;
1 tablespoon (soup) chopped walnuts;
1 tablespoon (soup) olive oil;
½ chopped onion;
1 box of vegan milk cream;
½ cup of water tea;
Salt to taste.
Preparation mode:
In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil and add the walnuts and fry for 2 minutes over low heat.
Add the boiled rice with salt to the pan and stir everything to incorporate.
Add vegan sour cream and water as needed and stir until creamy. Serve.
