Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup(s) of Panco Traditional Trifarofa tea
- 2 piece(s) of large chicken breasts (boneless), halved
- 1 Unit(s) of crushed garlic clove
- 50 Gram(s) of bacon in cubes
- 4 Tablespoon(s) oil
- 1 Unit(s) of chopped small onion
- 1 unit(s) of apple (large) peeled into cubes
- 2 tablespoon(s) wheat flour
- 2 Tablespoon(s) of butter
- 2 Cup(s) of milk tea
- 2 Tablespoon(s) of cottage cheese
- 1 Tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- chopped parsley to taste
- salt to taste
Preparation mode:
Open the chicken breast carefully with a sharp knife, keeping the sides and bottom closed. Season with garlic and salt. Reserve. Brown the bacon in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the onion, apple, salt and let it braise a little.
Add the farofa and mix well. Stuff the reserved chicken breasts. Close the opening with toothpicks. Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with remaining oil.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated (medium) oven for 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Reserve.
Cheese sauce
Brown the flour in the butter. Add the milk, little by little, and mix until it thickens a little. Add the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt and parsley, mix well and serve with the sliced chicken breast.
