Ingredients:
1 box of MOÇA® ice cream for 12 hours
1 box of NESTLE® Milk Cream
4 crumbled paçocas
Assembly
1 pack of TOSTINES® Maizena Biscuits
1 cup (tea) of Liquid NINHO® Forti+ Whole Milk
4 tablespoons prepared chocolate sauce
2 crumbled paçocas
Preparation mode:
In a mixer, beat the ice cream for 5 minutes until doubled in volume. Gently add the cream and the crumbled paçoca, mix and set aside.
Assembly
In a 20 cm diameter round false bottom shape, line with plastic wrap. Pass the cookies through the milk and make the first layer of cookies.
Cover with a layer of ice cream and repeat the layers ending with the ice cream. Place in the freezer for 6 hours. Remove from the freezer, unmold and decorate with chocolate syrup and crumbled paçoca. Unmold onto a pretty plate and serve.
TIP
After serving, return to the freezer so it doesn’t melt.
