Keeping an eye on the main trends in fashion and consumer behavior, Cipatex, manufacturer of synthetic laminates for the footwear sector, announces the new lines Premiatto, Verniz and Verniz Show. Developed with a soft substrate, the releases have a structure based on Vinyl Tech, a brand exclusivity that allows a longer life for the final product, as well as thermal comfort, performance, lightness, natural look, responsible origin and optimization of the manufacturing process.
With subtle engraving and a lightly satin surface, the Premiatto line can be applied throughout the upper or used in compositions with textured items. Its wide range of colors, a total of 13, ensures versatile combinations in the production of women’s, men’s and children’s shoes and accessories.
Among the tones are black, white, nude, apricot and flamingo. The palette also features viva magenta, an intense rosy red shade chosen as the 2023 color of the year by Pantone.
Cipatex also bets on varnishes, whether for creating bold or classic models. In the Varnish version, the laminate in ten tonal options appears smooth and mirrored. The Verniz Show, on the other hand, comes in a crushed and wet effect, available in antique, silver, light gold, browny, white, black, coffee and vivid magenta colors.
“As important as the look and durability, the characteristics that meet comfy fashion are present in the releases. Comfortable and well-being-oriented materials have stood out in our portfolio”, says Rafael Bonvicine, product and marketing manager at Cipatex®.
According to Maquisuel Moraes, product technical consultant, the soft substrate and the Vinyl Tech technology make laminates softer and more pleasant to the touch, providing better fit and comfort to the final product.
The technical consultant also comments on the sustainable characteristics, considering, among other factors, that more than half of the plasticizer used in the laminates of the Vinyl Tech family comes from renewable sources.
The technology makes it possible to reach a high percentage of raw materials of non-fossil origin. “In addition, the line is free of heavy metals and phthalates, complying with Reach, the European Union regulation for the control of harmful or suspected substances, as well as many other lists of relevant restrictions in the world”, he adds.
