Pelotas Carnival 2023 promises lots of samba, joy and fun throughout the city. According to the schedule prepared by the Municipal Secretariat of Culture (Secult), 18 blocks will parade in February and March, in different neighborhoods of the city.
The schedule was defined in a joint meeting between representatives of the blocks, Secult, Municipal Guard, Military Brigade and Traffic agents, with the aim of ensuring that the revelry takes place safely. In addition to municipal forces, each block will have private security teams, according to the number of participating revelers.
