INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g of Bomar Peeled Medium Shrimp
- 60 g panko flour (1 cup)
- 90 g of wheat flour (3/4 cup)
- 1 ovo
- Lemon (1/4 unit)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
PREPARATION MODE:
Season the shrimp with a little salt, black pepper and lemon. Beat the egg well. Season the wheat flour with salt and black pepper. Pass the shrimp in wheat flour. Then pass the egg, and lastly pass the panko flour. Repeat this with all the shrimp.
Heat the oil and fry. Drain on a paper towel. Serve with lemon and your favorite sauce.
