Ingredients:
- 4 tortilla bread discs (or wrap)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 250g ricotta cream
- 100g turkey breast cut into small cubes
- 100g mozzarella cut into small cubes
- ½ grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon chopped green chives
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1 pack of Potato Straw Parmesan Yoki 120g
Preparation mode:
- In a bowl put the ricotta cream, the turkey breast, the mozzarella, the carrot, the green smell and mix well. Season with oil and salt. Reserve.
- Place 1 wrap disc on the plate. On it put 1 lettuce leaf.
- On the lettuce, in the center, place 2 tablespoons of the reserved cream and over it 2 tablespoons of Traditional Straw Potato.
- Close the wrap starting at the bottom, making a small fold and then the sides, leaving only an opening at the top.
- Cover the bottom of the wrap with a napkin that will help keep the wrap closed and convenient for serving.
- Performance: 4 servings
