Musical shows, fireworks, food trucks and artistic presentations will mark the arrival of 2023 in Section 1 of the Guaíba Rim In homage – and marking the end of Porto Alegre’s anniversary celebrations -, the event is called 250 Years New Year’s Eve.
The novelty will be the New Year’s Eve Arena, which will be a special space for those who want to enjoy the event, the shows and all the programming in more comfort. Access will be free and limited to 8,000 people, there is a need to register and pick up the free ticket on the Sympla platform (it will be officially launched today (26). Part of the venue will be fenced and will have bars and food facilities.
Inside the space, in addition to the stage and dressing rooms for artists, there will be a structure with chemical toilets available to the public and six food trucks with a variety of drinks and food options. The structure of the main stage, which will be 14 meters wide by 10 meters deep and eight meters high, will be assembled next to the 360 Gastrobar, and its front part will be directed to the Olhos Atentos lookout. Local appreciation – Seeking to give space to attractions that develop local culture, the set list of attractions will only include artists from Rio Grande do Sul. “It’s the first year of New Year’s Eve at Orla after the pandemic, so our job was to value the talent here, concludes Pinheiro Neto, managing partner of Best Entretenimento.
