Viva Rissul, Rissul’s customer relationship program, reached the milestone of 200,000 registrations on the platform, which combines benefits such as discounts, cashback and exclusive offers.
All 33 of the chain’s stores participate in the program – including the recently opened one, in Sapiranga. Cities like Sapucaia do Sul, Porto Alegre, Novo Hamburgo, Campo Bom and Canela stand out as the “champions” in number of registered customers.
The marketing manager of UnidaSul, the holding that manages Rissul, Rafael Lubini, explains that relationship actions, in addition to the attractiveness of the rewards for those who are part of the program and continuous improvements in the system are some of the factors that explain the success of Viva Rissul . “But the main factor is the engagement of the teams in the stores. Without their work, Viva Rissul would not have achieved its objectives and goals”, he points out.
Focus on customization
Lubini also adds that the chain is still trying to increase the percentage of subscribers in relation to the total number of customers that circulate every day in the Rissul stores, in addition to focusing on the personalization of promotions.
“I think this is the future of retail business, not only because of work based on data, in behavior, but also in personalizing the shopping experience, which is increasingly personal”, explains the manager.
Customers participating in Viva Rissul will have news in the program. “We will have two new gamification tools, in which customers will be able to participate and win prizes if they reach the goal proposed in the tasks. We will always have news, as it is necessary to have a process of continuous improvement”, concludes Lubini.

To have access to the benefits, the customer must inform the CPF at the cashier, in all purchases. The discount will be automatically registered for selected products and the cashback will be available in the digital wallet within 72 hours.
