Campari Tonic
Ingredients:
- 50ml Campari
- 150ml Schwueppes Tonic Water
- A slice of Tahiti lime
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice and stir briefly. Finish with a slice of Tahiti lemon.
Americano
Ingredients:
- Campari 30ml
- 30ml Cinzano Rosso /1757 Turin Vermouth
- 60ml Sparkling Water
- Orange
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a lowball glass filled with ice and stir briefly. Finish with a slice of orange.
Jungle Bird
Ingredients:
- 40ml Run Appleton Estate Signature Blend
- Campari 20ml
- 40ml Pineapple Juice
- 10ml Tahiti lemon
- 10ml Simple Syrup
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake for 15 seconds and double strain into a lowball glass filled with ice. Finish with a slice of Tahiti lemon.
Wrong Negroni
Ingredients:
- Campari 30ml
- 30ml Cinzano Rosso / 1757 Turin Vermouth
- 60ml Cinzano ProSpritz
- Orange
Preparation:
In a red wine glass completely filled with ice, pour the Cinzano ProSpritz first, then the vermouth and lastly the Campari. Finish with a slice of orange.
