The Ministry of Health said that systems that are still down, such as the ConnectSUS website and app and the e-SUS Notifica, the covid-19 case notification system, will only return to work next week. The hacker attack, which caused the platforms to fall, was carried out in the early hours of last Friday (10.dez).
The folder also informed that it is working to re-establish the compromised systems and, while the ConnectSUS does not return to full operation, showing proof of vaccine, there are other alternatives for the temporary issuance of proof of immunization. Are they:
- Go to the vaccination post where you took the two doses and request the issuance of a second copy of the National Vaccination Card;
- Check if your state or municipality has its own application for issuing the digital Vaccination Certificate;
- For Brazilians scheduled to travel abroad, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs guarantees that it will send notices to countries that will receive flights from Brazil stating that the National Vaccination Card in physical format can be proof of immunization.
The Lapsus$ Group claimed responsibility for the hacker attack on the websites. On the day of the attack (10.dec), during the night, the platforms of the Ministry of Health and ConnectSUS had a message informing about the alleged kidnapping of 50 TB of data. “Contact us if you want the data back”, said the image.
