One of the main attractions of the month of June at Polenta Comedy Club, the first comedy club in Caxias do Sul, will be Boteco do Marcos with the presence of cartoonist Carlos Henrique Iotti, creator of the character Radicci. A pioneer in valuing Italian roots through humor, Iotti will chat, in a talk-show format with an audience, with the character Marcos, played by comedian Diogo Severo, one of the creators of Polenta. The conversation will take place on June 21st, at 8:45 pm.
Another figure expected at Polenta in June is Chico, O Vendedor Raiz, known on the radio and on the internet for his salesman-like content, in which he negotiates old cars and analyzes bars in the region. Famous for the expression “Opa! How are you, kid?”, the resident of Bento Gonçalves will be in Caxias with his accent, gold chain and watch, ring with a large red stone and unbuttoned shirt for the presentation of his show, which can be considered a training course for Briquiators.
In June there will also be two solidarity presentations: one by comedian Rui Barbosa – creator of Polenta alongside Diogo – on June 8th, and another by comedian Gabriel Sampaio on June 14th. All ticket proceeds from both attractions will be donated to victims of the floods that hit Rio Grande do Sul.
In addition, the public will be able to check out three other attractions in June. Comedian Léo from the profile @TudoEras, who gives sexual and love advice, will perform on June 28th. On June 29th there will be two: first Wilson Jaguara takes the stage with “Macumbalmente”, at 6:30 pm, and then, Léo Ritter presents “A Comédia Segundo o Espiritismo”, at 8 pm.
