Praça Rio Grande Shopping promotes this Saturday (1) a series of solidarity actions in favor of the victims of the floods that devastated the city. The free activities involve the whole family with physical exercises for adults and face painting for children. For those interested in participating, the organization asks for the donation of non-perishable food or warm clothing to donate to those affected by the flood.
Heydance and Jump Class – Heyfit Academia
From 9am to 12pm, Heyfit Academia will offer Heydance and Jump solidarity classes for all those who want to take care of their health and do good. The practice of physical exercise has been recommended by doctors and specialists, to maintain mental health in the midst of the current situation experienced by the people of Rio Grande do Sul.
Supplement tastings, massages and more will also be offered. Classes will be free with the donation of non-perishable food or warm clothing, which will be donated to students affected by the floods.
Kids Fun Saturday
The afternoon will be aimed at children at Praça Rio Grande Shopping. From 3pm to 6pm, in front of Livraria Albuquerque, children can have fun with face painting and lots of drawings to color.
Solidarity Dance Presentation – Academia Geração Eleita
Starting at 4pm, Academia Geração Eleita will hold a dance performance between mothers and children. The exhibition will be charitable, and the public will be able to donate non-perishable food that will be used in warm lunch boxes distributed to residents of Vila Mangueira, a neighborhood severely affected during the floods.
Corrente do Bem Campaign
Praça Shopping continues to do good for families affected by the city’s floods, serving as a collection point for donations of water, hygiene products, diapers, warm clothing, blankets and non-perishable food. Donations can be delivered in front of the pharmacy and at the Solidarity Space, which is in front of Ótica Estima, and will be collected by Civil Defense.
