Ingredients:
-3/4 cups black beans;
-2 eggs;
-Coconut oil;
-3/4 cup cocoa powder;
-1/2 cup demerara or brown sugar;
-1 tablespoon of yeast;
-Chestnuts, nuts or chocolate.
Preparation mode:
Cook 3/4 cups of black beans as usual. Then, preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl mix the cooked beans, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 3/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1/2 cup of demerara or brown sugar and 1 tablespoon (soup) yeast. If you prefer, add chestnuts, nuts or chocolate to spice up the brownie. Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. After baking, unmold, cut and serve with a good accompaniment, such as coffee or hot chocolate.
